Their staff always answers the phone and can look up information quickly. They are a great, family owned business care and will look out for the policy holder!

Traci always has gone above and beyond to make sure we are getting the best coverage for our family. Traci was our agent many years ago with another company, and when we heard she was leaving we were bummed. However, when we found out she was staying in the insurance industry that quickly changed. She is always up front and honest with us, even if she might not be able to get us the best rate. You dont find that kind of customer service anymore. Zach and his team are very lucky to have someone like Traci. You can always find insurance, but you cant always find a good agent.

3 /5 Jeanne Farnham: You let my insurance lapse and you said you were checking on getting me coverage. You didnt follow through with what you said. I had to get in my own because you never bothered to follow through with what you said you would do. I was a customer for twenty years too.

4 /5 Julie B: Zach’s & his office personnel are excellent! However, Farmers’ adjustors are not very knowledgeable when a vehicle is hit and how far the damage can go. We had to pay 2 deductibles on a rear ending. One for the bumper & one for the back side panel. Adjustor didn’t think a smash from the back would push the back side panel. Which was obvious cause no marks on panel from outside & the inside brackets were broken. Very disappointed especially when the reputable body guy shook his head & asked how else could it have happened? Took a star away for the adjustor.
