1 /5 Johnny Abraham: Northstate Auto Insurance Services provided one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. They were not only unprofessional but also outright disrespectful. When I reached out to them to address the issue I have with the service they provided for me, I was met with rude and dismissive responses at every turn. It felt like they couldn’t care less about helping me, and their lack of competence made an already frustrating situation even worse.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid them at all costs. They clearly have no regard for their customers and are in desperate need of basic customer service training.
