Nelson Bernal I currently have several types of insurance policies with Castle Insurance including rental/personal properties, automobile, and umbrella that I am confident I am getting a very fair value. The crew at the office is always responsive to my matters. I have only filed one claim on a rental property and it was resolved promptly. I always refer my friends and clients to Castle Insurance for I am confident that they be provided with quality service.

I had car insurance with Geico for many years but ever since they left California it was almost impossible to speak with a real person (among many other issues). Im so happy I decided to switch to State Farm. If I had known their costumer service was this good and fast I would have switched a long time ago. Amy Lazarus I dont usually leave reviews but these folks deserve 18 stars! Stanley and the whole team at Curtis Lee provide the best customer service. I can call or email and always get a helpful and quick response that makes my life easier and informs timely decisions. Stanley is a strong communicator, knowledgeable about insurance options, and always advises me well. Other insurance companies may provide slightly better quotes but the ease and accuracy of working with State Farm cant be beat. I discovered this office when I first moved to San Francisco and literally walked into their storefront. Im so glad Im still with them seven years later.
