5 /5 Cvez C: I am adding to my post of some years ago, as I am still a client, and am very pleased and grateful to have Karen Good as my Medicare broker. She is up to date with all changes and is excellent in communicating this to all her clients by giving zoom meetings. I am still delighted with the quality of care that Karen gives me and her other clients. I highly recommend her and know that she will go the extra mile for her clients. She gives personal care in what your needs are and offers so much helpful information. I am so pleased with Karen Good and her staff. I am super prepared and confident that I have the best medical coverage for my needs. I cant express how pleased I am with Karen Good and her Staff.

5 /5 Barbara Coleman: Karen Good has been a wonderful agent to work with! Transitioning to Medicare was so scary for me and she made it so easy. Helpful, knowledgeable, kind and patient! I could not recommend anyone more! She has been extremely attentive. If I have questions she responds right away with either an email or a phone call. I feel very lucky to have found her! Her son Angelo has also been attentive and prompt. This is a great family business and I strongly recommend them!
