Mike Cap I was a 21st century customer from 1982 to 2003. About then Century decided to not renew any homeowners policy in the state of California. Son switched to Mercury for both. I have had to use my auto insurance a few times and even though the rates increased each time for a while I always was getting th best rates as I shop the rates every year. the service is of high quality especially with Ken Donaldsons employees. always helpful and kind.
