But Parker was such a great help, helping me with the MOST affordable rate. This is by far the best insurance company I’ve had yet, again Parker thank you so much for your patience and your help. He was polite, professional, thorough, and patient as he reviewed all aspects of every account we have with State Farm. I appreciated how he took the time to find the best solutions to the questions and concerns I had about our account. Another employee created some problems for us when we first came to Phillip Call’s office and I wanted to find a different agent. But, so far, working with Kao has restored more of my confidence in this office.
