Lance placed me with Mercury Insurance and it only took about 5 minutes over the phone. I dont write a lot of reviews, but good coverage, fast service, saved money and i did not leave my house. Thats why Lance gets 5 stars.

Thank goodness I caught him doing this before he was going to charge me an arm and leg . After I noticed what he was doing I immediately walked out . If you value your heard earn money , this particular business does not deserve your money … RUN & RUN FAST !

1 /5 Billy Phelan: Went in to get a price quote already have ins wasnt looking to try to get cheaper insurance but he automatically assumed that I was whoever was sitting at the front desk extremely rude and disrespectful didnt even give me a chance to ask any questions pretty much told me bye and get out would not recommend this place

1 /5 christian gibbs: The worst insurance broker ever. Carrie miss quoted me after she messed up the first time. Charges me a piece that later the insurance company charges me. Then my insurance company cancels my policy because of information not put in my policy the first time. Crooks. Then I call her to reinstate my policy and she says she’s can’t do it till Monday. Not to mention she said it with a lazy attitude. Save yourself the hassle spend a little more and go with an insurance company that knows what they are doing and have you the customer as the number one priority!!
