At renewal this year they declined to write the replacement cost due to some pine needles they found in photos they took of my roof after a storm. Michelle submitted new photos several times of my clean roof. These photos finally satisfied their concerns and they reinstated replacement cost coverage. Michelle knew exactly how to take care of my issue and I know she was persistent. I cannot thank her enough for her help and her expertise.
