Big shout out to Karla that helped me out that day she was really kind and helpful what I wanted to get done she did that I will totally recommend people to go to Fred loya vista location and will spread the word to family

1 /5 Adela G.: Been with Fred Loya for over 14 years but will but my last year with them. Mostly due recently to their customer service these last few years every time I go in to make a policy change or to add a family member to my policy, a car there are these two women there who are just mean remind me too much of people from my teen years give you nasty looks when they think your not looking & start asking for documents that have nothing to do with my car or adding a car to my policy when I go to San Marcos or Oceanside they are able to do it without the documents these ladies ask for. Not the first time they do it either I tent to chance cars every few years. Do better Fred Loya one of the girls is Hanna I don’t know the other. But just insufferable and crazy to act this way to people who come to you respectfully and are doing business with you. not driving an extra 25 mins to another location further away just to continue to give my business to people like these women.

1 /5 Brian H: Fred Loya insurance is a joke.... raised rates twice without notice or email nor mail stating that there raising there rates. You can find better insurance somewhere else. They raised my rates 21% more after they already raised it nearly $40 more making it over $320 per month for simple car insurance. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR CAR INSURANCE!!!!

2 /5 Mas Chingona: Customer service is poor, Ive had issues with paperwork with there reps not getting things done right and on time. They dont give you any curtousy calls, my policy was cancelled at renewal without knowing and I would always make my payment on time. I was very discouraged with there service and finding out I was driving without coverage. Very disorganized company I would not recommend it.

5 /5 Cervantes jesus “chuy”: I really recommend Fred loya location. Mrs.Hanna has given me some amazing customer service, she help me translate for my family. and everyone who works there is super nice and helpful too. They really do provide competitive prices compared to other places.
