Liberty Express Insurance - Riverside (CA)

1 /5 Love Vei: I tried calling Liberty Express and was totally appalled. The Insurance broker I spoke with generated an auto policy quote for me, but then when I asked her for specifics -- you know -- to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, she grew agitated and impatient. I had asked her if she could just email me the quote and she said Liberty Express does not email quotes to potential customers. So, after giving her a list of the exact items/coverage that I wanted on the full coverage auto policy quote, she said shed call me back with the quote but she never did. Oh well, "Bye, Felicia."

5 /5 Gisselle Mendez: Everyone in the office was extremely professional and helped me out really quick! I went looking around and calling so many places and no one was able to give me better coverages and prices than they were. I really recommend this place!
