Jimmy Sliwicki I just would love people to know in this day and age who ever heard the customer care comes first. I just want to say this Farmers in Alpine looks after you and your best interest. I recently moved out of Alpine to a new state and didn’t realize my insurance was paid by my escrow company. As with all the confusion and closing costs I missed it. But Randy contacted me and by the way am no longer a customer in my new state, that my escrow company paid and I am due a refund check. Hello what a great surprise, he didn’t have to do that because I’m no longer a customer. But these guys are here to really help the people of East County and I highly recommend anyone looking to insure anything they hold of value. Please consider them I will forever be grateful. Rachel Lane For my car insurance coverage. The Hartford ranks at the top of my list for no customer loyalty and complete dissatisfaction! They have a very nice upfront manner, however when you really need them, they are NOT there for you. If the Hartford feels that your claim is done, they will no longer return your phone calls or assist you to get any outstanding problems resolved. I have been left BY THEM in a situation that I have to fight to get my own reimbursement (that they promised me they would get for me) and now, instead of keeping their promise, they just dont return my phone calls. I have been sent to 3 different "supervisors" NONE of which have ever returned my phone calls. This is a horrible company to deal with now. and they had the nerve to send me a policy to buy for another year of coverage! You can forget that! I am going back to Statefarm, they might be more expensive, but they have NEVER treated me like my needs werent their priority!

Mike Cap I was a 21st century customer from 1982 to 2003. About then Century decided to not renew any homeowners policy in the state of California. Son switched to Mercury for both. I have had to use my auto insurance a few times and even though the rates increased each time for a while I always was getting th best rates as I shop the rates every year. the service is of high quality especially with Ken Donaldsons employees. always helpful and kind. Patsy Ford The thing about Castro Valley Allstate is that you can reach a person by phone and talk through your insurance issues, and they will help you. When you leave a message, they phone back, are courteous and friendly, and help you navigate the ins and outs of the process of filing your claim, and in my case, getting my car repaired properly. They really went the distance. Renting a car, which was on my policy, was smooth and straightforward.

Trish Jenkins I don’t always give 5 stars however after being with Keegan and his team for 5 years I have to say that him and his team are always helpful! My son was in a car accident and Keegan made himself readily available to help ease my nerves. Him and his team truly care and do right by the customer. In an age where customer service isn’t the greatest anymore, Keegan ensures to go above and beyond.
