5 /5 Greg Smith: Walk-in visits are no problem here. You can take care of most of your insurance needs both homeowners/renters and auto/boat/trailer coverages. You also have access to travel agents and DMV registration renewals. The agents are friendly and very helpful. You can even purchase home security systems and have delivered directly to your home.

1 /5 Eric Suter: I walked in 18mins before close. The person that greets you looked back at the bullpen of employee ask if there were done for the day. They confirmed. And then he started to tell me they were done. I stated I just needed some DMV services. He then stated that the DMV section closes at 5:30. Nowhere on the website or Google maps does it say that DMV services end at 5:30. This is disappointing. I have been a member for many many years and I just feel like the employees were there to do their job. And I was just a last minute customer walking in 5 mins before a restaurant closes. Except I busted my but to get there when I did. Would have been nice if AAA would let their clientele know the DMV section closes 30mins before closing.

5 /5 Dj Hughes: We have had AAA Insurance and roadside assistance for about 4 months now, and we are extremely happy with the people and the services. Everyone we have encountered has been friendly and helpful, even when I had to have my car towed home. Our agent is helpful and doesnt mind that I prefer to pay my bill in the office. You can pay for both insurance and roadside assistance at the same time, Im the same place, whether you want to pay in person, mail, or on the AAA website or app. When we needed a tow, the driver got there within a half hour, much sooner than the operater predicted. He looked at my problem first to see if he could do a quick fix, and when that didnt work out, he chatted with me while he very professionally and with great care hooked up my car so it could be towed home. I rode in the truck with him the short distance back to my house, where he unloaded my car just as carefully as he had loaded it. He even got it into my parking spot, which is no mean trick since I live in a very mobile home park with very tiny parking spots! I have the least expensive plan that only allows for 10 miles of towing to an auto repair shop, but he took me to my house with no problem and said it was exactly 10 miles. If you do need help and can afford to go to a repair shop they will take you to wherever you choose, but they also have designated AAA shops or associate shops where you can get a discount on parts and labor for being a AAA member. You can also get plans that cover rental cars that they will arrange for you. One day, I hope to be able to upgrade my plan to cover longer tows and more rental car coverage, as well as other benefits! I love AAA!!
