She contacted Travelers directly on my behalf, and spent considerable time on the phone with various people to get the issue addressed. As my agent, she took responsibility for dealing directly with the insurance company to make sure my needs were met. Dannea showed great personal interest, persistence, and initiative, which are all the things one wants from a truly excellent agent.

Joseph Brady The Brady family and The Bradco Companies have worked with ISU Armac for 20 years., They are the best. Recently we were given a task to obtain a rather tough "Bond" to get, and Ryan told me upfront I was "asking for the moon". Well, him and his great team lead by Jennifer Britzman came through. Blanca has pro-actively reached out to me regarding policy updates & rate changes and info regarding rates for new cars Im considering. I appreciate that I can text the team as things occur to me (usually after their office hours). The team acknowledges my requests & gets back to me w info in a timely fashion.

D K I popped into the office to resolve a matter with my vehicle. The mirror on the drivers side door had fallen down while I was driving the night before, and I caught it ( the window was open. whew, good thing) so it would not damage the 2 wires attached inside. I spoke with Shawn/Sean/Shaun, and then Ivan took over. Ivan inspected the mirror and discovered the clips were not securely attached. I appreciate how Ivan took control of my concern so quickly and figured out the issue in a matter of moments. Truly the most professional, pleasant, and quickest customer service I received at AAA again. I was in and out in 7 minutes. Thank you, Ivan and Shawn.
