Mms I have been with Kory Robertson, State Farm, for over 10 years. Their customer service is exceptional. It’s nice to know they have a local office and I can talk to them in-person vs waiting on hold for an anonymous representative who may or may not give me accurate information. State Farm itself has also been been great to work with and I have been with them over 20 years for all my insurance needs and even a car loan!

White Insurance Agency took it upon themselves to initiate a commercial vehicle policy with Progressive Insurance without my authorization after Allstate informed me in October 2023 that they wouldn’t renew my policy in 2024. I had already secured coverage with Mercury on November 15, 2023, and even sent the agency an extra month’s payment. Now, for nearly a year, I’ve been harassed by Progressive Insurance and a collection agency (Caine & Weiner) over a policy I never agreed to. Despite reaching out to both Mr. and Mrs. White on March 27, 2025, I have yet to receive any response or effort from them to resolve this issue. I strongly advise against doing business with this agency. Their lack of communication and questionable practices have caused me unnecessary stress and financial trouble.
