It’s nice to know they have a local office and I can talk to them in-person vs waiting on hold for an anonymous representative who may or may not give me accurate information. State Farm itself has also been been great to work with and I have been with them over 20 years for all my insurance needs and even a car loan!

We’ve long since moved out of the Santa Barbara area, but I stay with Kory and his office there because the service is top notch and they’ve always taken care of us, whether making sure we’re getting the lowest possible rates, processing claims quickly and fairly, and letting us know what to expect down the road. Thomas used to help us out a lot there, but it seems he has finally moved on… in his place is a guy I’ve been dealing with named Howard who has been just as pleasant and helpful. Howard has helped me multiple times with questions, always patient and the results are shown! They are easy to reach, pick up the phone and they answer in seconds.
