1 /5 Shelby: I have been dealing with this insurance for over a month now. I am dealing with the worker named Katie and she is very disrespectful not compassionate at all. She not professional at all either. You can tell she doesn’t care what you say she just wants off the phone even though it’s her job.

1 /5 Tiffany Cardin: I was involved in an accident caused by another driver insured by Viking last year. The driver who caused the accident was not on the policy at the time of the accident but was added onto the policy after the fact. My car was deemed a total loss even though it had a great deal of sentimental value to me. The at fault driver attempted to pretend he didnt know what insurance was and tried to leave the scene of the accident, resulting in me having to call the police. Viking is a joke an insurance company, clearly in the business of insuring bad drivers who cause accidents. Please keep your terrible auto insurance out of Oregon. Your reps are rude and your insured parties are terrible at driving. Not to mention you cover for illegal, dangerous driving and insure motorists who shouldnt be allowed to drive, like the kid who ruined my car.
