The Traveler I have been dealing directly with Kyle for over a decade and he is the reason why State Farm has all of my business. Ive been involved in a couple of situations where I needed some extra assistance and Kyle was always there to not only listen to my needs but explain it in a way that I understand and I really appreciate that! I am not taking anything away from the office as a whole and have had others provide exceptional service but when I need immediate help he is at the top of my contact list and if he is too busy to get back to me in a timely manner he will have someone else in the office ensure my needs are taken care of.

Erin McCormick I came into state farm with my brother one day when he was paying an auto and homeowners bundled insurance. He raved about how they helped him keep insurance on my grandmothers house and that these ladies were so kind and patient with him. The situation was a complicated one. The house was old and there were so many issues to navigate. While I was there I spoke to the ladies about my own personal situation. I had left a difficult relationship and had to remove my vehicle from the old state farm policy I currently had and move it to a new policy that gave me independence. They were able to transfer it for me, seamlessly and discreetly. My situation again was sensitive, but state farm really goes above and beyond. I didnt have any extra costs with the transfer. My old carrier agency would never respond to calls or requests for policy reviews to save money. Given everything going on with Homeowners rates in California, I wasn’t surprised they weren’t able to write mine. But, they still set me up with policies for our 3 cars and even bundled in a life policy for my partner so we could get the best discounts and value for our plan. Elliott Nebenzahl Les Adler, Crystal and others have been great with me and my family. We have been customers for many years. We have never had a question asked that was not answered in a totally clear and professional way. I remember quite a while back; when Crystal and others would send me envelopes addressed to their local office. This was because I found it more convenient to mail paid bills to them, rather than some office in Texas. This is just one of the many examples where they went quite a bit out of their way to help us. Also, relatively recently, I added California Earthquake Authority to my regular homeowner’s policy. The female employee there that helped me do that, did it in a very efficient and crystal clear way. I was very thankful for that. I switched my earthquake policy over from GeoVera. In summary, one could not find a better insurance Agency than the one now headed by Crystal Herrera Alvarado.
