Life Insurance California - Santa Monica (CA)

Kian Sandjideh I have had Amica for my homeowners insurance for about 20 years and they have been stellar. I frequently tell people that until you make a claim, an insurance company is just a bill collector so unless they are bad at taking your money every month, you have nothing to complain about! I have made two claims on my homeowners insurance and both times they have been incredibly fast, no arguments about where/how I got things replaced, and paid instantly. By contrast, I had state farm car insurance years ago and they told me to take my car anywhere I wanted for repair, but when I took it to the dealership, they refused to pay half the bill because they felt like the body shop charged too much per hour for labor and I got stuck paying a very expensive bill (because the dealership wanted their money and didnt care that the insurance co was refusing to pay and they threatened to send it to a collection agency if I didnt pay). I hope never to have to make a claim again but if I do, I want Amica to be my insurer!

Patricia Ramos Carlos Marron is very thorough and helpful with all questions and concerns. I highly recommend him. Excellent customer service skills. He will always take the time necessary to ensure all details are handled.
