Kimberly Sims Office was closed when I stopped by, but Ben, who was on site, very graciously sat down with me and took the time to answer all my initial questions. I subsequently received a lightning-fast email follow-up connecting me to Michelle, the specialist agent for the particular policy required. Due to the holiday, Michelle was also working from a "closed" office, but immediately followed up with application forms, and took the time to answer additional question in a long phone conversation. She is also extremely knowledgable and delightfully personable. Thank you Ben and Michelle for an exceptional experience.

Andrea’s customer service has been less than desirable over the last year. She is not responsive and does not communicate well. I sent her a request for follow up on a Monday, I sent a subsequent request the following day in which she acknowledged and said she’d get back to me, it’s Thursday with no response!! Unacceptable

Neal Clubhouse So my old insurance agency told me that they were going to drop me or I was going to have to pay a lot more for home insurance because of all the fires these days. I got quotes from a lot of other companies but nothing came close to what I found with Affordable Insurance... They were able to find home insurance for me with the same coverage/premium and I have been with them ever since. Also just recently switched my car insurance over to them and saving over $200 a year compared to what I used to pay!
