SandraRodney Chatman I needed insurance for my teenage son because everyone else was very expensive and Maria Elena compared rates for us and we got the BEST deal for our teenage driver. She helped us by comparing rates with my old insurance company and got me a multi-policy discount and she saved us more money. I really enjoyed her personal touch and the help she gave us. Greg Graham Had insurance (Travelers) through the Ted Hamm agency for about 4 years. Never filed any claims, but thought they were helpful, and got us the best quote in this difficult insurance environment. Last month, got a rock into our windshield which cracked it (Audi with heads-up display, so not cheap) on a long drive home from Vegas. While on the drive we called the agency and actually got the owner (Chris). He got us going on the claim, followed up with Travelers, followed up with us again later and before we even reached home we had an appointment to replace the glass the next week. All went smooth, and the easiest claim I’ve ever had or could imagine. Then Dawn from the agency called to make sure it got all taken care of correctly. Amazing service. Recommend them very highly!
