Home Insurance experience will vary, they have been bringing some policies in-house to work under one login like Auto, but they partner with 3rd parties depending on your area.

He has saved us a lot of money on an umbrella policy covering our home and automobiles. We have been with him 14 years and have had great, personalized customer service. When our needs change he quickly returns calls and puts together a new policy without any complaints. Then he follows up with an email to keep us fully informed. Michael also still trys to save us money when ever possible. We really appreciate his courteous nature and great work ethics.
