Advay Mengle Jim provides excellent customer service. I recently had to use my insurance for the first time, with a not-at-fault incident, and Jim explained all my options to ensure I could take full advantage of my policy, and guided the claim through State Farm HQs various mistakes & delays. Apropos of nothing: unsecured load drivers need much harsher punishment. The rest of us shouldnt have to subsidize their carelessness.

The wide range of services and consulting he offers are invaluable to our day to day operation. How often do you talk to your insurance provider? I talk to Chris weekly and it is not claim related.
