1 /5 Jim Muller: State farm in the last year has gone from a 5 star to a 1 star if that. I have been with state farm for over 15 yrs and in the last year they have over charged me and said they didnt, and then sent me a credit check. They cancelled my insurance on my Jeep when I bought another car, thinking! that I didnt want insurance for some reason on that car. I never said to cancel the insurance on that jeep! Didnt have insurance for a month driving it around until I did not receive a statement. Was called at work and told I was 3 months late on my car insurance, that was wrong! I was 1 month late due to a lost bill. Also problems with my home owners payment plan, set up a 6 month payment due to selling my house, after a couple months after paying for 6 months they send me another bill for the remainder 6 months? this does not make sense. Many more problems with them in this year. Think twice about going with state farm. They seem to have a problem keeping their records straight.
