1 /5 Ernie Guerrero: Beware of this insurance agency. After requesting a policy, I paid $1,000.00 on Friday and was told the policy would be in effect on Monday. After I provided the payment, they gave me a slew of paperwork to sign. One of was a brokers agreement ??with six required signatures.
I signed them and asked for a copy, which they refused to give me, so I took a picture of the documents as I wanted a record of what I signed. After leaving, I received a phone call from Anita, the owner asking me to come back and get the money and noted if I couldnt follow their procedures, they declined to provide me with the insurance.
As a past business owner of 30 years, I have never declined a request for a copy of what I signed. Refusing to give me a copy of what I signed seemed extremely sketchy. I went to a reputable insurance agency that had no issues providing me copies and even received a better deal.
I dont recommend this business.
