Alex Obispo Not a good choice , and I learned it the hard way. Just when I needed an urgent help in updating our store information, I cannot get help with any live person. And their AI support suck! Customers need to speak with a live person for christ sake. I used both the phone and chat to ask for support. Both had a messaging that their phone support and chat are closed when I am reaching out on the Thursday (7/10) at 2PM in Alabama. Common start working please. Your support should be opened monday - friday 8am to 5pm CST. This is the worst customer service I ever had with any insurance companies. For sure I will plan to move.
Victor Castro Be careful, Claudia Caldera is the best of the two offices on that corner. They sent me to the doctor at the office on the right, and Claudia helped me find out if I could get into coverage with Molina. Its the office in front of the bank, the one on the left, office H recommended.
