She took the time to answer our questions and made certain we understood each step of the process. She reviewed our FAIR Plan policy as well as our State Farm policies to verify that we got the coverage that best fit our insurance and financial needs. I really enjoy working with them, because not only do offer excellent customer service (they shop around to get their clients the best possible coverage at the best possible pricing) - they actually go above and beyond and make my family feel like part of their family. They pick up the phone (what a novel concept!) and answer your questions right away, they will call or email your insurance carrier on your behalf if you have any issues - the team are just incredibly helpful. Its a side of business that sadly is lacking from many companies these days.
