5 /5 Simon Redmond: This is a very long overdue review for Riskguard as I have been a client of theirs for over 20 years! Home insurance, family health insurance, Business liability and workers comp policies - Riskguard have got me covered in all of them. And its really a pleasure to still see a family run operation thriving in SF these days. Geoff, Christine, Kelson and the whole Riskguard team are all absolutely amazingly helpful. I really enjoy working with them, because not only do offer excellent customer service (they shop around to get their clients the best possible coverage at the best possible pricing) - they actually go above and beyond and make my family feel like part of their family. They pick up the phone (what a novel concept!) and answer your questions right away, they will call or email your insurance carrier on your behalf if you have any issues - the team are just incredibly helpful. Its a side of business that sadly is lacking from many companies these days. As said Ive been with them 20 years - shame on me for not writing about them sooner - I plan on being with them for another 20 plus! Thanks Geoff, Christine and Kelson and all!

5 /5 Art Simon: Excellent customer service for an umbrella policy. I contacted Riskguard via email and they got back to me in a couple of hours. We sent a half dozen emails back and forth clarifying details. Kelson provided quotes for 2 different companies and I purchased my policy that day. I had contacted many agents previously and most never got back to me. The ones that did were more expensive or only offered umbrella coverage to existing customers. Ill recommend Riskguard and Kelson for purchasing umbrella insurance to anyone who asks! Thank you!

5 /5 Esther Lee: Geoff Herman (formerly Irene Herman Insurance) has provided my business liability insurance needs since 2011. He is professional and always responds promptly to accommodate varying circumstances in my business. My policy just came up for renewal with a startling increase in premium. Like so many others, my thriving business has dwindled since 2020. I was actually considering cancelling insurance and closing up business. I called Geoff yesterday with my dilemma. Geoff called me at 9-ish this morning with the name of my new liability insurance carrier at less than 40% of my old policy!! Call Geoff..you will be glad you did!!
