1 /5 Bryanna Ahlf: This is the worst statefarm office Ive ever been to. There has been maybe one assistant who has ever helped my situation (thanks to Erin! Youre rad). Mary never checks emails or ever answers the phone. Ive called and emailed multiple times about a discount being added and still find myself having to go out of my way and drive to the office to get this done. It should have never been removed from my account in the first place. I switched vehicles and bought an older car, to which Mary stated would be cheaper for my monthly payment. After putting down the completely wrong VIN number for my car and forcing me to come back to this dreadful place yet again, here I am paying almost $80 MORE a month for this policy that hardly covers anything ? There have been no changes in my driving record or anything to cause this. I will be switching agents soon or completely switching from statefarm to AAA, as they now have cheaper prices than what I am paying here. Highly do not reccomend. No care for customers at all.
