Dennis Artman Due to our homes location in a heavily forested area in California, our home insurance was scheduled to be cancelled by the insurance company we had for the past 11 years. I was surprised when they informed me of that and thought it might be difficult finding good, reasonably priced insurance to replace the soon to be cancelled plan. I contacted Paul, and during our initial discussion I was immediately impressed by his expertise and positive attitude. I provided him with all the necessary information and within 2 days he got back to me with several alternatives, all fairly priced and containing all my requested requirements. I took a day to compare his alternatives with others I had collected and his were significantly better in terms of meeting my needs and total costs. It was not easy, with a new car, and selling an old house, and dealing with a new one, in the world where too many of us get frustrated too easily because we are expected to use automated systems, But I mainly write about Lisa’s assistant, Vanessa, who is a breath of fresh air as a lively, intelligent, friendly, helpful person who radiates the fact that she wants to help you, and concisely offers several ways that you can actually understand. She is indeed a delight to work with, and never seems to mind the time I take, and if she treats everyone like she treats me, Lisa could have hundreds of clients who would all be treated very well indeed.
