John Flaningam This is a wonderful insurance brokerage firm. Nice people with prompt service re:claims, questions about coverage, etc. They respond quickly and put you the consumer first. I have been especially pleased with my agent, Janelle Borg, who is dedicated to providing top service. I recommend very highly her in particular and this group in general.

Travis Wolfe As beekeeping operation with a somewhat complex insurance it has been MASSIVELY hard to find agents that are helpful as a small business. Joe has been nothing short of amazing rising to any challenge. He is realistic, honest, and actually seems to look out for the little guy by listening to our needs. He is very responsive with answers and when he has to go elsewhere for answers, he keeps us updated. I can’t recall a time I was waiting for him and not him waiting for me.
