SG Ro We moved to TX and I just wanted to leave a review on Ken as he deserves a big recommendation. Ken has been my agent for the past 10+ years and frankly I never had to worry about my insurance needs. He was my trusted insurance advisor and what I admired about him was that he would actually listen to "my life" and would always provide sound recommendations based on my ever-changing needs/wants/budget. He never tried to sell me on things I never needed and always added value. For what its worth, please reach out to Ken. I like to research and use the Internet and google a lot of things but having a knowledgeable agent like Ken will make you understand why you go with a professional like Ken.

Mark Cheong Michelle is the best!! Extremely helpful with excellent customer service. I initially had an issue because the rep I created a policy with (later ended up relocating to another branch) accidentally gave me a 6 month policy rather than the year I wanted. When I called them Michelle totally understood w no fuss and gave me the year policy on the spot over the phone. Sometimes with these insurance companies it’s hard to get great service without your pockets getting a bit lighter but she hooked it up w ease!! Five stars. Boom.
