1 /5 Menace TV: So I started w them earlier this year i was content w the pricing. $150 for a 2023 Silverado with 30k,60k coverages. 1k deductible when my policy renewed it was upped to $250 because farmers ups the mileage with even asking. So i said ok let me call and ask and that is what i was told so it was upped to 7,500 miles and i had it at 6,000 miles. I called asked to change it back and was told if i did my price would be $212.00. I was really confused how it went so high up mind you no tickets in past 5 years, no accidents in past 5 years, no claims in past 5 years so ask why the bump. I called AAA got a quote for $290 W the addition of a driver and a new vehicle with higher coverages now at 50k,100k and $500 deductible. Called this morning spoke to denise to just ask if cancellation was in the process they told me yes. All I simply asked what was the process or reason to bump my insurance so much and Hilariously enough i was told. “ Some Customers Can’t Afford Farmers” Basically Insulting Me all while saying AAA is a terrible insurance company when we know that isn’t the case. Nonetheless I’m happy i made the right move and would never ever work w farmers again nonetheless this branch. Would never recommend it to family or friends.
