Being able to talk to an actual person was extremely helpful. Khu was super patient and was great at explaining things I didn’t understand. He gave multiple options for insurances while also listening to my situation. Will definitely recommend Khu to my family friends.

Becky Barton CAL Insurance is one of the best around. Joe Delucchi has built an incredible business that retains that local SF feel. I cant say that Ive been to so many social events in another insurance brokers office! Stafford Jacobs handles all of my commercial insurance needs and really makes the complicated easy. He takes the headache out of insurance and is an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend CAL.

Octavius Blackwood Avoid This Agency! If I could give zero stars, I would. William W. White Insurance Agency took it upon themselves to initiate a commercial vehicle policy with Progressive Insurance without my authorization after Allstate informed me in October 2023 that they wouldn’t renew my policy in 2024. I had already secured coverage with Mercury on November 15, 2023, and even sent the agency an extra month’s payment. Now, for nearly a year, I’ve been harassed by Progressive Insurance and a collection agency (Caine & Weiner) over a policy I never agreed to. Despite reaching out to both Mr. and Mrs. White on March 27, 2025, I have yet to receive any response or effort from them to resolve this issue. I strongly advise against doing business with this agency. Their lack of communication and questionable practices have caused me unnecessary stress and financial trouble.

Leslie Smith Bedell & Nelson-Harbert Insurance has been taking care of our family for 42 years.... We cant say enough about how professional theyve been during that time. We have our home, business, auto and all other insurance protection policies with them. Whenever needed we consistantly receive prompt help and honest advice. Another reviewer mentioned their confusion with an insurance company name change for one of the companies Bedell Nelson represents, which was actually a merger of two.
