Their rates were very competitive and they were able to tailor a policy that met my specific needs. I appreciate that their customer service is customer-friendly, and its easy to manage my policy though my phone. Ive been a customer for almost a year now and have never been disappointed. Their rates are affordable and their coverage options are comprehensive. Whenever I have had to interact with their service team, theyve been respectful and helpful. They even proactively reach out to me with helpful tips and suggestions for keeping my car safe and reducing my risk of accidents. danielle walton Allstate has always stood by my side and taken care of me when the time really truly mattered. This office is wonderful and pleasant to do business with. I get a call every year when my home policy renews to do a review of my coverages from Shawn personally as well as every six months on my auto policy.
