Abraham was successfully able to calm me down and diffuse my stress. I was not the most pleasant individual for him to deal with. Yeah I think about pricing, although negotiation only goes so far I guess but Absolon genuinely cared and treated me as if he owned my car and was getting insurance for himself lol.
