Farmers Insurance - Guadalupe Flores - Oxnard (CA)

AI M Patrick is a great salesperson: able to chit-chat to death, but doesnt deliver. The premiums of the policies were higher than promised, his responses delayed — there was always "something else keeping him busy" (are we all not busy?) — and his explanations were gibberish — hes unable to write coherent sentences. Fortunately, within a month I made the decision to cut him and go back to my previous insurance broker, who had been great except more expensive (in appearance). Im very happy to have ended the relationship with Patrick and the extra money is well worth it. The kicker and the reason that led me to post this review? I asked him for the status of my car policy on Feb. 17; as of today he had not responded, so I asked again. His response was "please call travelers for billing or status on these things, we do not handle billing/refunds. -P". I called and the response was that he had not cancelled my car policy; the others had been cancelled but not that one. Also, they told me to go back to my agent, but when they saw I was very angry, they decided to help me directly. And they did.

Percilla Elm Had this insurance for years. Allstate was a good insurance until the premium would go up every renewal. Just this last renewal (April) I would have to pay $433 dollars and then another $233 a month later up front. No longer 6 payments but 5. Called to cancel my insurance and was told it was 4 payments not 5. I get that it was a new thing, but I wish we were notified beforehand and not bombarded with paying so much every 6 months.

Kartel De La Humildad skreep 201 I had a bad experience with the lady who first gave me a price from Aseguranza and then she gave me another one, specifically, I know she stole from me and she still bothered me but because the DMV asked me for Aseguranza I had to take force. Be careful what you talk to that lady because first she tells you one thing and then she comes up with another
