Time and time again, when I have contacted her to ask her questions pertaining to my insurance needs, her keen knowledge of the different facets of home, automobile and earthquake insurance has equipped her to accurately address my questions. If it happens that she must first research my question before answering it, she always calls me back in a short, reasonable amount of time.
