Ashequlla Wazir Ahmad I will not suggest to anyone this place. I called to get a insurance quote for my vehicle, it them 10-15 minutes to get my information. After that, she told me she will email me the quote. After waiting for 2 hours and no email from her, I called them she told me she couldnt find my information. I emailed her a copy of my drive license and waited another 2 hours. No response and called her again. This time she even pick up my call so wasted all my day.

Elissa Foote I would not recommend Llamas to anyone looking for quality customer service during the insurance sign-up process. Hugo was extremely rude, condescending, and showed an extreme lack of professionalism. Im not sure if it was because I am a woman or if he was having a bad day, but lve never felt such disrespect from an insurance representative. I called many places searching for quotes and not one came near the terrible experience I had with Hugo. Needless to say I went with another company that did not try to rush me off the phone and listened to my needs. Dont waste your time - there are plenty of other options in the East Bay!

Friendly, caring, always listening. I dont even live in their city/county yet they have worked diligently to always be there with options from start to finish. You will always get a response from a call, VM or email. I will always recommend Serra Benefits!! Excellent Company and Staff.
