Very compassionate, easy to speak with, & didnt overwhelm me with too many facts all at once, gave me time and freedom to share my concerns, and helped me feel safe to tell the truth about my medical conditions. Telling the truth is very important to me & at the same time felt the freedom to share it without fear of judgement, even if I was turned down for coverage, which I was NOT. They helped me understand the facts, and listened to ALL my concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend Legends United Insurance for your life insurance, burial needs, etc. & any other type of insurance you might need especially during these very difficult times we are living in! I also have no other ulterior motives for sharing this information, except that that was my personal experience recently and would not hesitate to share it from that perspective and will continue to recommend Legends to everyone I know and come in contact with day to day. alexa I would like to give my appreciation to state farm as I called to get a quote and unfortunately did not qualify with them, but I spoke to Andrea and needless to say she was amazing and very helpful to answer all my questions and guide me in the right direction. She was beyond respectful and kind to help even after not qualifying. I definitely recommend coming to them as my experience with customer service was great.

Patrick Blohm Jennifer Ryan is hands down the best insurance agent that I’ve ever had. She’s done something for me that no one else has done. She referred me to another company who could get me a better price. She will also tell you how it is. Whether it’s good or bad news. If she doesn’t have the answer, she makes phone calls to get it for you. Too bad you can only rate up to five stars because she deserves more. I highly recommend you get a quote from her. She deals with multiple insurance agencies and she knows her way around the business to get you the best deal.

Asha Frazier Customer Service is very helpful and easy to work with. Many companies now put chat and phone bots on the front line, that waste your time. Jaimie was great !! She patiently helped me unravel new renewal issues. Frazier followed up to make sure I did not miss my wildfire insurance due date. The entire Frazier Team, communicates well together and is quick to respond and give good answers by email.
