Nancy Eichhorn I was searching for auto insurance quotes because my current company sent a renewal notice with a sky-high fee. I called Ken Schuurmans office and talked at length with "Tabatha". She was articulate, detailed, informative, and supportive. She wasnt trying to "sell" a product. She helped me understand the different categories included in all auto insurance plans, in terms of what they entailed and why they were or were not necessary for my aging car (over 185,000 miles). She followed up with an email, so I had paper copies to continue my comparison shopping, albeit better informed than when I began. She returned my call the next day to discuss options further, never putting pressure on me to buy her product. They have fair policies on paper, and when you need to actually use them, Geoff and Karen are there to help you. My husband was in a car accident last year. Everyone was okay, but its a huge inconvenience. Geoff and Karen helped us get the process started quickly. The car was evaluated within days. State Farm took care of the rest, including receiving payment from the at-fault drivers insurance company. We have also had our home insurance policies through them in the past. Geoff went up and above to communicate with escrow, loan, and real estate agents to make sure we had the correct coverage. Really bummed State Farm is no longer offering home insurance policies in California.
