The next day she was in the other office and waited for me as well. It is great to see understanding people in their jobs. Very professional and helpful. Made my life easy at that time. A. Rex Stonefield deserves all 5 stars. I had a relatively challenging situation which two other brokers and my efforts at dealing directly with carriers were unable to resolve. Spencer picked up immediately and settled it in one call resulting in a policy with the same level of coverate for literally one quarter of the price I was getting quoted elsewhere (even though some quotes were coming from the same carriers). And he did that job with kindness, professionalism and empathy. If youre looking for a local broker that cares and can actually get the job done, look no further.
