Ana Warriner Don’t do business with this insurance broker!! We had been with them for over fifteen years, and they never notified us that we were going to be dropped from our homeowners insurance. Mind you, they learn two months prior that you will be dropped from the insurance company. They called back with a quote DOUBLE THE AMOUNT that I was quoted from another broker. The funny part was that it was the same insurance company that now covers us. So it was all lies from this company !! If I could give this company a negative zero, I would!

I was called within ten minutes, the woman who took my information was very nice, professional personable and knowledgeable. She got me out of there in a timely manner. I would go back to them again if I am in that area and need to use their services.

Simone Tanelli On Jan 9, two days after the Eaton fire disaster, while I was hearing from colleagues and friends about awful cancellation notices sent by greedy or unprepared insurance companies, I received only one email from Farmer’s: “were you affected by the wildfire? We’re here to help”. Now, THAT is proper insurance company behavior. Appreciated well beyond any penny pinching criterion. I have recommended Farmer’s to anyone who asked since.
