Valerie Mejia I’ve been a aaa member since 2013 and had no clue how to navigate insurance. Our insurance broker is Vanns, he explained everything so well even a, not so smart 22 year old could understand. Over the years Vanns has seen my husband and I grow get married had kids and been supportive through everything. Norma has also been amazing getting life insurance, explaining everything through each step; which one is the best option and why. Since beginning our policy we lived in Merced now in Modesto and even tho the Modesto office is minutes away from my home I will never use there office after a horrible experience there and how we were treated. I’d rather make the trip an hour away and see Vanns and Norma. When we are in the office they never rush us and never feels like just a transaction it feels like we are catching up with family. They are the only reason why we stay with AAA. Thank you Vanns and Norma for everything you do and how you treat us and your customers. You can really see with the education you provide and time you take with clients you love what you do and it truly shows.

Julianne Shuman 10/10 would recommend. I’ve been with Justin for over 10 years, I’ve had multiple accidents and dealt with two totally losses over the years, as well as some life changes like school, buying multiple vehicles and moving. Justin has always made making changes to my policy easy, has always found me the best coverage at a fair price and is overall great to work with. Just got a new car added to my policy and he took care of it immediately.

Jill Been with 21st for years on autopay, out of the blue started receiving cancellation notices, had to pay different amounts for several months, called them several times only to wait 1.5 hrs to talk to someone, thought everything was cleared up and it happened again, another hour or so to reach someone its horrible!! Ive done this off and on for almost a year, never being told the actual problem from the beginning, this was more than frustrating, unbelievable...I definitely dont recommend 21st if this is how they treat their great customers, by the way Ive never filed a claim...
