AKs PhillyExpress I have been using broad spectrum for over 10 years now doing both personal and business insurance. They provide quality service with a quick response time. No one likes paying for insurance and you always hope that you will never need it, but broad spectrum makes both of those less painless. Being brokers they can shop for the best deal for your needs. And when a claim does happen they will assist you in the process and dealing with the adjusters. In addition, they were able to help my mother in law when all the insurance companies were dropping and she couldn’t find coverage for her house. I called and Bundy found a company within a day that was even reasonably priced. A miracle worker!

Ana Warriner Don’t do business with this insurance broker!! We had been with them for over fifteen years, and they never notified us that we were going to be dropped from our homeowners insurance. Mind you, they learn two months prior that you will be dropped from the insurance company. They called back with a quote DOUBLE THE AMOUNT that I was quoted from another broker. The funny part was that it was the same insurance company that now covers us. So it was all lies from this company !! If I could give this company a negative zero, I would!
