I dont care if 15 minutes will save me 15% or more. If I can reach Cheri on a local number and talk to a person immediately and have someone looking out for me, I would be willing to pay a premium for that.

Balaji VG Went in to get international drivers permit. (AAA membership is NOT required for IDP). Helpful staff. 5min wait, filled 1 form. 15min to issue IDP, including getting picture getting taken and printed. 20$fee and you just have to show your US driving license. Its faster if you bring 2 passport photos of yourself. Total time taken about 25 min.
