They are always professional, responsive, on top of every transaction and call me back even after hours. We have converted several real estate agents to use them when they were on the other side of the transaction. We have been using them for four years and will continue to do so.

1 /5 Elsie Lodde: The worst title company I have worked with. Save yourself the frustration and work with a title company in Sacramento. They didn’t even both contact me, as the buyer. I had to contact them a month into the process (which was actually after we were supposed to close) to ask when they were going to get any of my info. Emily Kuyper was never in the office when I had to call them. Clearly customer service isn’t a concern, Or even doing their job on a timely basis. She didn’t even contact the 1031 exchange company until after everything was done, delaying it further. If you are in a hurry and want a seamless close, do not expect that here.
