One of the biggest help was when my insurance was cancelled because my provider left he state and and after hours of searching and the coverage that was at "x" double and triple what I used to pay Paul was able to get me affordable insurance for my recreational/ weekend driver. Now add to the fact that I can get forgetful at times its nice to get a friendly email reminder from Letty in Pauls office! I for sure do not feel like a number with Paul and his staff!
