Serenity Vann This insurance company must be a scam. I was hit in a car accident by someone who had this insurance. My insurance dubbed it not my fault therefore it was American national’s responsibility to cover the costs. They gave me a case worker, Charity, who never answered a single call. I left at least 6 voicemails and was never reached out to and eventually they stopped answering my calls all together. I never got any insurance pay out because this company refuses to work at all. Do not pay these idiots anything.

Lovely MsZ Nallely was so amazing! Once my comp insurance from my dealership ended, she reached out to help me get setup with permanent insurance.
