3 /5 Elsa: It looks like going in is the better option vs calling by reading the reviews. One of the big reasons I like(d) AAA is because you talk to a person when you call. But my most recent call was disappointing because the person that picked up switched me to their AI for payment when I wanted to talk to a representative for additional questions.

5 /5 rita jensen: Went directly into the facility with no appnt. to get an international D.L., and was promptly (in less than 20 minutes) out the door after a stellar experience! The front desk gal was awesome - super efficient, patient, friendly and helpful - and Page, the woman who ultimately processed my request, was a gem as well! This was one of the BEST experiences of this sort for me in my many years of doing them.

5 /5 Paul Murray: Joined AAA this Tuesday for their classic towing package, and insurance on my 2000 Ford F-150 pickup. I was in and out in 30 minutes with my new regestration, and insurance . While sitting waiting to be helped a nice lady even came around and handed out bottles of water!! You wont get that kind of service at the DMV!!! If you belong to triple A you can get all your DMV work taken care of except drivers license, and vehicle inspections!!
