Michelle Sayada Clay is thorough and professional. He basically grew up in the industry and has excellent communication and customer service "savoir faire" FOR SURE!!!! I normally would not recommend just any insurance carrier; considering the recent news with regard to insurance leaving California altogether. But, I have to say that there is a level of understanding that this firm maintains.
