1 /5 samuel canal: I had an extremely disappointing experience with this insurance broker and would not recommend their services to anyone. The customer service is unprofessional and outright rude. I initially purchased liability insurance through them for my Chevrolet S10, paying $280 upfront, with a monthly premium of $190. After realizing that I could get the same coverage elsewhere for only $150 down and $100 per month, I decided to cancel. When I called to inform them, I was told that I would receive a refund check for the remaining balance within two to four weeks. However, it has now been over a month and half, and I still have not received my check for a lousy $70. When I called back to follow up, I simply asked for the contact information of the insurance company handling my refund. Instead of assisting me, the representative responded with a nasty attitude, rudely claiming that she had already given me the number during my last visit. Her tone was condescending and unprofessional, making it clear that customer service is not a priority for this business. I strongly advise against using this insurance broker unless you want to be overcharged and disrespected. There are far better options out there with better pricing and customer service.
